LIFE-TIME ACCESS, COURSE & CERTIFICATION
Course & Certification
This advanced course explores the science and mechanics of perfect milk foams. We examine the physics of milk steaming and how milk foams hold together. We also find out how both dairy farming practices, processing and the cow’s diet affect milk quality. Finally, we assess the ways in which your barista technique can help you produce ultra glossy foams, suitable for the finest latte art displays.
The course is aimed at raising an awareness of the whole chain of production from farm to cup. Coffee consumers have become more aware of coffee-farming practices, but milk production has remained, for many of us, a subject about which we know little. The popularity of latte art and the widespread love of milk-based coffee tells us at Barista Hustle — and as an industry — that we need to develop a respectful understanding of milk production.
All of our courses and certifications are available through BH Unlimited as a monthly subscription or as a single course purchase, giving you access for life!
