About The Coach
Four years ago, Pablo Caballero and Nolo Botana created Hola Coffee to provide advanced content and inspire discussion amongst the Spanish speaking community. What began as a coffee-focused blog evolved into a flagship cafe and “gypsy” roasting company shortly after Pablo competed in the 2016 World Barista Championship.
Their former experience working in various coffee companies and participating in roasting/cupping championships prepared them to expand even further. With the addition of Misión Cafe, they now have two beautiful shops in the heart of Madrid with an incredibly cool roasting and training lab to festively open in the fall of 2019.
Hola Coffee wants to translate their café & roasting service philosophy to the training room, focusing on super reduced groups and giving the care and attention every trainee deserves. They also believe that modern and professional techniques delivered in a cool and friendly environment are the way best way to learn and love what brought students here, cool beans!
