About The Coach
Hey! I am Nikolai Fürst and started to work with coffee in 2013, 2016 we started our first barista trainings with the object to understand instead of execute recipes. I am German Cuptasting champion (2019) and Desarrolladores de Café is a Specialty Coffee Shop, Roastery and Education Centre with two free cupping sessions, weekly.
Coffee is a big thing for me, so I accept personalized & group trainings, at the shop or also in other facilities. My first contact with specialty coffee was in Vienna, Austria and after visiting Colombia in 2012 I decided that I want to work with coffee and share knowledge and true transparency in the exportation business.
