About The Coach
Hi! I am Dimitri, co-founder and head roaster of Oven Heaven. Former head trainer for Padre coffee (Brunswick East, Melbourne), I got back to my hometown in 2017 to open my own roastery and try to bring my own stone to the building of the French specialty coffee industry.
We are a roastery focused on buying great green coffees, roasting them lightly to keep their terroir characteristics and enlighten their sweetness, keeping coffee fun, and helping our customers so they can offer the best experience possible in their own shops.
We train people on our own roastery espresso set up powered by Slayer.
I have personally always enjoyed sharing what I know about coffee and helping enthusiastic people to get into the industry. For me, a quality training is a genuine empowerment that can let people express themselves as individuals : « were there is no law, there is no freedom ».
