Sometimes the coffee industry is lucky enough to attract the attention of a scientific genius. It’s very much happened again in the case of Jonathan Gagne. He’s an astrophysicist based in Montreal but lucky for us, in his spare time he writes a blog about coffee called Coffee Ad Astra.
